Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor raw material, in-process, and final product quality.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality audits as per defined standards.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and support audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Review quality records, inspection reports, and test results.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and laboratory teams to improve product quality.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Rubber Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, preferably rubber or fabrication industries.
• Knowledge of inspection methods, quality standards, and testing procedures.
• Experience in handling audits, customer complaints, and CAPA.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 7 QC Tools, and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in rubber and fabrication manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF quality management systems.
• Exposure to laboratory testing and quality documentation.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
