Qualifications
- YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management experience in building automation systems or data centers or construction, with a focus on estimation, project execution and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in managing complex programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- PMP certifications or State level licenses
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for successful delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor program performance, budgeting, and cost controls, providing regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Financial forecasting, working capital control, and delivering the committed P&L.
