- YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years in program management, ideally in aerospace industry, with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Strong expertise in defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation • Proficiency with program management tools, measures and methodologies tailored to aerospace industry requirements • In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices WE VALUE • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. • Experience managing large-scale aerospace or defense programs • Experience leading complex Software and electronic Hardware development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration • Adaptability to changing program requirements and business priorities • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- This role requires you to hold or obtain a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification. Which certification of the two will be determined by the level of the position & meeting the minimum experience requirements of the certification. If you do not currently hold a PMP or CAPM certification, you must obtain certification within six (6) months of your start date. The company will cover the cost of required PMP/CAPM training, certification, and/or recertification.

Responsibilities
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage aerospace programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery • Coordinate communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes
