Role overview
Leads manufacturing operations for the modular kitchen and bathware product division.
The role covers production planning, factory operations, quality, process optimization, cost control, and team management.
Production and factory operations
- Develop production schedules to meet project timelines and customer delivery commitments.
- Oversee manufacturing of modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, bathware furniture, and customized interior products.
- Manage cutting, edge banding, CNC machining, assembly, finishing, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate workflow with procurement, design, and project teams; improve productivity and reduce waste.
Quality, team, and materials
- Establish quality standards, inspect products, analyze defects, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, factory policies, specifications, and industry standards.
- Lead and develop supervisors, engineers, and factory staff; manage objectives, evaluations, workforce plans, shifts, and productivity.
- Coordinate material availability and control inventory, storage, handling, and wastage.
Cost and performance
- Monitor production costs, improve profitability, address bottlenecks, and optimize machine use and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare production and MIS reports and performance dashboards for management review.
Candidate profile
- Extensive experience in production planning, factory operations, quality control, process optimization, and team management.
- Experience in modular furniture, kitchens, bathware, cabinetry, or interior products.
- Strong leadership skills to ensure timely production, quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month.
- Provident Fund benefit is listed.
