Job Purpose

Production Planning & Coordination

• Support daily production planning activities to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.
• Monitor production processes on the shop floor to ensure output and quality requirements are met.

Engineering & Technical Support

• Provide hands-on engineering support to production and maintenance teams during routine operations and breakdowns.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment, process, and quality issues to minimize downtime and production losses.

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, material usage, and equipment performance.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and engineering modifications under approved change procedures.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives while maintaining required quality and safety standards.

Documentation & Technical Knowledge

• Prepare and update operating instructions, work procedures, and equipment documentation as required.
• Ensure production documentation reflects current processes, specifications, and engineering requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, equipment, and production technologies.

Problem Solving & Best Practices

• Participate in structured problem-solving activities, including data collection, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Support the application of manufacturing best practices to improve process stability, quality, and reliability.

Inventory Control & Workplace Organization

• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and sub-store materials to support accurate inventory control and material availability.
• Support the implementation and sustainment of 5S practices in coordination with production and safety teams.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure assigned production activities comply with approved manufacturing procedures and safety requirements.
• Support adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within the production area.

HR Proficiency

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job
• To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.

Delivery

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

• Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
