Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Engineer- Power Quality based in the United Arab Emirates. The Senior Production Engineer will oversee production engineering tasks, including production planning, quality control, and process improvement. The role involves analyzing production processes, troubleshooting issues, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency. Effective communication and leadership will be essential for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Responsible for the production of Active Harmonic Filters (AHF), Capacitor Banks, and EV Chargers.
- Plan and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality panels.
- Implement and monitor production processes at each stage to maintain quality and efficiency
- Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to enhance overall productivity.
- Coordinate closely with the procurement team for effective material planning and to ensure timely availability of components.
- Conduct stage-wise testing of AHF and capacitor panels, and ensure successful Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) prior to dispatch.
- Monitor and maintain quarterly performance measurements and quality benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of LV Panels, Capacitor Banks, Active Harmonic Filters, Control Panels, and VFD Panels.
- Proven experience in production planning and execution within an electrical panel manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of quality standards, testing procedures, and FAT processes.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Bachelors in electrical Engineering
- Good Communication & Presentation skills
