Product ownership and delivery
- Own the backlog for cloud products, platform capabilities, and development teams.
- Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead refinement and prioritization.
- Identify missing requirements, dependencies, conflicting priorities, and delivery risks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and software acceptance.
Technical and cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with Product Management, UI/UX, Engineering, Test, Quality, Regulatory, architects, and DevOps.
- Help define user experiences, functional requirements, edge cases, integrations, and MVP scope.
- Address technical dependencies, infrastructure improvements, architectural needs, and technical debt in the backlog.
- Support traceability, verification, validation, and compliance with applicable quality system procedures.
