Rubrik is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for its cloud data protection solution area.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define product marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research.
- Create differentiated positioning and messaging for cloud cyber resilience capabilities.
- Own go-to-market plans for launches and campaigns, including sales enablement and promotional campaigns.
- Produce collateral, thought leadership, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, presentations, and sales plays.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research and content production.
- Support analyst engagements and maintain competitive intelligence.
- Coordinate with sales, product management, customer marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation.
- Drive measurable impact on revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and market awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required; an MBA is a plus.
- Four to seven years of experience in technology, strategy, consulting, or a marketing-related discipline required.
- At least two years of product marketing or product management experience required.
- Experience in B2B go-to-market required.
- Cybersecurity experience is required, ideally in data security, cloud security, or data protection.
- Fluency with Claude Cowork is required.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments is highly desirable.
- Cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building experience with senior stakeholders is required.
- A resourceful, action-oriented, detail-oriented, high-ownership approach is expected.
US Pay Ranges
- The role is eligible for bonus potential, equity, and benefits in addition to base salary.
- US pay range: $140,000-$210,000 USD.
- US SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle pay range: $155,500-$233,300 USD.
- US2 all other US offices or remote pay range: $140,000-$210,000 USD.
- Actual pay depends on work location, skills, experience, education, training, and other job-related factors.
