- Summary: Make Ford Pro’s SaaS offerings enterprise-ready by delivering custom integrations and features for our largest fleet customers and turning these features into reusable capabilities as part of a new extensibility platform
- Plug deeply into the sales process for Ford’s portfolio of software and services, working with the sales team and large customers directly to understand their requirements and what requires custom development outside of the established roadmap
- Work with your engineering and design partners to build, test, and deploy the solutions required, meeting the customer’s need but with an eye to reuse and ideally bringing the features to production deployment for more/all other customers.
- Build and manage the extensibility platform which will house third party software integration(s) going forward.
- Work with the account management team to ensure onboarding and ramp/adoption for these larger customers is smooth, especially relating to the custom integrations and features created
- This role will also extend our platform in new directions, including deeper into the vehicle. More context can be shared during the interview process
