Sr. Product Development Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop verification, characterization, and test strategies for advanced technology test vehicles

Create and execute test plans to evaluate performance, yield, reliability, and IP behavior

Deliver verification environments, test content, and diagnostic solutions

Characterize emerging technologies, interfaces, and chiplet-based architectures

Evaluate new fault models, DFT methodologies, and test coverage approaches

Analyze experimental data and communicate findings to engineering stakeholders

Drive innovation in advanced-node technology assessment and validation

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience in IC verification, test development, characterization, or product engineering

Knowledge of structural test methodologies including ATPG, Scan, MBIST, or BIST

Exposure to Synopsys VCS, Advantest V93K, or similar verification and test platforms

Understanding of high-speed interfaces such as UCIe, PCIe, SerDes, or die-to-die interconnects

Experience analyzing silicon data and driving data-based technical decisions

Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments and scripting languages

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional teams

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
