Responsibilities
- Lead requirements sessions and facilitate stakeholder consensus.
- Document business challenges as use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and recommend actions.
- Partner with product managers and engineers on feature development and business outcomes.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and journey maps; identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Develop test cases, participate in UAT, support roadmap discussions, and mentor junior analysts.
Required qualifications
- Five years of related experience, or three years with an advanced degree.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- Ability to structure complex business problems and communicate solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Agile and SDLC; experience with Product Management organizations, competing priorities, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with financial modeling or business case development.
- Knowledge of digital banking or fintech products.
- Experience with backlog grooming, release planning, and product roadmapping tools.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is $102,000–$128,000; no compensation cadence is specified.
