Onsemi is seeking a design engineer to be part of transfer program management team.
The candidate is part of the team to drive project success with the end goal of delivering products on time, right cost and high quality.
This is a “hands on” position.
The successful candidate is expected to be able to work independently as well as within teams.
They should possess analytical skills to identify problems, the leadership skills to own and drive improvement, the technical skills to balance the benefits and risks of various solution paths.
