Responsibilities

• Forecast warehouse demand and establish replenishment plans; maintain demand-supply projection models.
• Evaluate warehouse supply flows and target stocking levels; develop KPIs and present quarterly review proposals.
• Align inventory impacts with EMEA and APAC teams; analyze new product introduction and supply implementation strategies.
• Support SKU sunsetting with timeline models; standardize processes and data dashboards.
• Investigate inventory issues, find root causes, and deliver solutions with cross-functional departments.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of related experience.
• Requires hands-on forecasting, build planning, and inventory management experience in a changing environment.
• Requires intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills and experience with ERP, MRP, or planning systems.
• Requires data analysis, trend identification, and translating insights into recommendations.
• Requires collaboration, clear communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Lean Six Sigma or supply chain course completion is a plus.
• Candidates must live within approximately 50 miles of the San Diego or Mesa location.

Workplace and travel

• Flexible work-from-home arrangement with at least one in-person meeting each week.
• Travel requirement is 0–5%.
