Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement for enterprise HR applications.
• Execute global HR initiatives, system enhancements, integrations, and support operations.
• Align HR applications with HR objectives, compliance requirements, and enterprise technology standards.
• Oversee architecture, governance, transformation, product and module ownership, and HR applications team leadership.
• Manage vendors and partners, drive automation and process optimization, and improve service delivery quality.
• Manage stakeholders across the global HR organization and support scalable enterprise service management.

Required qualifications

• Bring at least 18 years of overall experience.
• Bring at least 12 years of hands-on HR applications experience with platforms such as SuccessFactors, SAP HR, Eightfold, Cornerstone, or Workday.
• Have at least 5 years of experience as an HR applications architect.
• Have led one or two large-scale HR applications transformation journeys.
• Have experience managing global HR environments, distributed HCM structures, and multi-partner delivery models.
• Have experience with HR architecture reviews, platform standards, partner oversight, and technical debt reduction.

Preferred qualifications

• SuccessFactors or Workday experience is listed as preferred.

Work location model

• The role uses a Virtual Flex model, with one to two days per week on-site at a Lam, customer, or supplier location and remote work for the rest of the week.
• The listed work location is Bangalore, India.
