Job Responsibilitie
- Support the implementation of factory strategic projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collect and analyze operational data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare reporting materials.
- Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related management disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or production operations support within the manufacturing industry; electronics background is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with basic data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities; good command of written English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
