Role purpose
Maximize on-shelf product presence across assigned outlets and support in-store sampling or promotions when required.
Follow approved planograms and report non-compliance to the pre-seller; share market information to help identify sales opportunities.
Accountabilities
- Visit assigned traditional trade outlets according to the supervisor's daily journey plan.
- Merchandise SSFL products across outlet access points, shelves, stands, and floor displays; place point-of-sale materials where applicable.
- Ensure displays comply with approved planograms and report deviations from agreed outlet terms.
- Rotate products using FIFO, remove substandard products, and maintain clean shelves and fresh stock.
- Monitor and report competitor activity; provide market information and report daily activities to the supervisor.
- Participate in sampling or redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.
Experience and competencies
- Valid driving license.
- Service-level oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
