Who We’re Looking For
As our Sr.
Marketing Manager based in Dubai, you will be the driving force behind Delicut’s offline growth engine.
This is a highly autonomous, field-based role for a self-directed operator who loves being in the room, opening doors, and building real-world communities.
You will focus entirely on physical presence, local connections, and real-world execution to generate measurable revenue.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a screen managing digital ad dashboards—this role lives entirely in the field, turning community venues, corporate spaces, and fitness hubs into thriving customer acquisition channels.
What You'Ll Do
- **Channel Discovery & Development:**
- Identify, test, and scale new physical distribution and acquisition channels (e.g., co-working spaces, corporate cafeterias, residential communities, university campuses, and fitness centers).
- **Venue & Community Activations:**
- Plan and execute high-impact brand activations at high-footfall community venues, including pop-ups, tasting events, fitness meetups, and partnership-led experiences that put Delicut in front of the right audience in person.
- **Relationship Building & Networking:**
- Leverage and expand a strong local network across Dubai’s business, wellness, and residential ecosystems to establish deep brand roots.
- **Partnership Outreach:**
- Forge strategic, ground-level partnerships with gym operators, co-working space managers, hostel community leads, event organizers and local community groups to create recurring brand touchpoints and referral pipelines.
What We'Re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in on-ground& field marketing or community activation roles — ideally within Dubai or the broader UAE market.
- A proven local network in Dubai across relevant communities: fitness, corporate, residential, student or wellness.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify a sales channel, develop it and generate measurable revenue from it.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills — comfortable initiating conversations, building rapport and following through.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s offline landscape: venues, community hubs, events ecosystem and local business culture.
