Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. Five or more years of experience in a technology hardware, electrical, software-based, or comparable production environment; or three or more years with an advanced degree. Proficiency with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software to create assembly jigs, fixtures, and other manufacturing aids. Demonstrated experience with manufacturing process development, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, supply chain, sourcing, logistics, and supplier teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering or a related field. Experience with statistical analysis and quantitative, data-driven problem-solving. Experience supporting NPI, change control, production-line design, capital-equipment planning, and supplier qualification. Experience mentoring engineers or operations employees and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives. Travel required: Approximately 10%, including domestic, regional, and international travel. We believe our people are the heart of our success.
