Workplace

• Role is based in the Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
• Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; Wednesday work from home is generally available, while Friday flexibility depends on work and team needs.

What you'll achieve

• Set a customer-journey-led website vision and tactical roadmap using research, user insights, and quantitative data.
• Improve product discovery, trial starts, and revenue growth across audiences.
• Align product marketing, product, engineering, and design teams around the web experience.
• Build proactive, insight-driven web strategy and a clear measurement framework with actionable success metrics.

About you

• Experience owning digital strategy for a complex, multi-product or multi-audience website.
• Use customer-journey thinking and qualitative and quantitative insights to set strategic priorities.
• Influence and collaborate across engineering, design, product marketing, and data teams.
• Understand website infrastructure and performance; prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
• Curious about AI tools and emerging technologies and willing to use them to improve work.

Compensation

• Estimated base salary range is CAD 175,000 to CAD 225,000; actual base pay depends on market and individual qualifications.
• Compensation may include equity, sales incentive pay for applicable roles, and benefits.
