What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or advanced degree in Taxation preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant tax compliance and provision experience, with either a public accounting firm or a multinational corporation’s in-house tax department.
  • Strong background in U.S. federal and state tax compliance and ASC 740 required.
  • Must have experience with OneSource tax software (or equivalent). ERP systems knowledge (JDE, FCCS, Planful) is a plus.
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Proficiency in workflow tools such as Alteryx and Power BI is a plus.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative while seeking appropriate guidance.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Tax, Finance, Accounting, Treasury and other departments in the U.S. and other countries.
  • A growth mindset exemplified by staying curious, continuously learning/improving, and embracing challenges.

The estimated base salary for this position is $140,000 to $192,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
