About This Role
Key Responsibilities For Sr. Manager:
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategy and transformation programs
Translate business strategy into actionable execution plans
Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery
Drive change management, communication, and capability building
Oversee organizational design, policies, and process improvements
Monitor project performance, risks, and stakeholder alignment
For Sr. Consultant:
Conduct research, analysis, and data collection
Support program execution and PMO activities
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations
Track risks, issues, and project progress
Assist in client meetings and documentation
Ensure compliance with project management standards
