Sr. Manager S4 HANA Plant Maintenance Digital Technology Analyst (Remote)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital technology work across the implementation phases for S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.
• Understand business requirements and advise on S/4HANA use for Plant Maintenance processes and related master data.
• Design solutions for Plan to Sustain processes aligned with the desired operating model and industry practices.
• Map end-to-end Plant Maintenance scenarios between S/4HANA and boundary systems.
• Lead requirements gathering, data mapping, configuration, build, and testing.
• Coordinate deliverables and activities across business, digital technology, corporate, systems integrator, and PMO teams.
• Create and maintain configuration design documents, functional and technical specifications, and test plans for in-scope system changes.
• Lead testing and defect remediation and assist with data mapping and testing.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare to maintain business performance.
• Travel up to 25% or as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a related advanced degree and at least 7 years, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP, including technical knowledge of the Plant Maintenance module.
• U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens may access information under the program contract.

Preferred Background

• Experience leading large-scale, complex business process and system transformation initiatives, particularly ERP implementations.
• SAP S/4HANA experience in manufacturing environments is described as ideal.
• Knowledge of Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance, and Dangerous Goods Management is described as ideal.

Compensation

• The supplied salary information is USD 132,400 to USD 251,600 yearly.
