Sr. Manager S4 HANA Plant Maintenance Digital Technology Analyst (Remote)

Role and program

Core responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and advise on S/4HANA use for Plant Maintenance and related master data.
• Design and implement solutions for Plan to Sustain processes aligned with the RTX operating model and industry practices.
• Map Plant Maintenance scenarios end to end between S/4HANA and boundary systems.
• Lead requirements gathering, data mapping, configuration, build, and testing.
• Coordinate digital technology deliverables and work across business, corporate, system integrator, and PMO teams.
• Create and maintain configuration design documents, functional and technical specifications, and test plans for in-scope system changes and integrations.
• Lead testing and defect remediation; assist data and process teams with mapping and testing.
• Support legacy-system migration, go-live, and hypercare.

Qualifications

• University degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 7 years, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP, including technical knowledge of Plant Maintenance.
• Experience leading complex business-process and system transformation initiatives, particularly ERP implementations.
• SAP S/4HANA experience in manufacturing environments is ideal.
• Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance, and Dangerous Goods Management knowledge is ideal.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program/contract information.

Work arrangement

• The position is remote.
• Travel may be up to 25% or as needed.

Compensation

• Source salary range is USD 132,400–251,600 per year.
