Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in one of the following disciplines: Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics
- 5+ years of experience in Data Integration, Business Intelligence, Quality Analytics, Project Management and Digital Transformation.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, HVAC, aerospace, or related industries preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational accountability.
- Data integration and management expertise.
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools such as: Power BI Tableau Qlik Similar platforms
- Advanced Excel and data modeling capabilities.
- Experience with SQL, databases, and enterprise reporting systems.
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and automation technologies.
- Experience developing executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
- Familiarity with quality methodologies such as: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing Corrective Action Systems Statistical Analysis
