Role impact

Reports to the Senior Director, FP, and provides FP&A support to Commercial IT, Network Infrastructure & Operations, and Sovereign Cloud within the Chief Digital Office.

Leads a team responsible for budgets, forecasts, month-end activities, contract reviews, and business case analysis.

Partners with senior leaders to support financial accuracy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and support bottom-up budgets and forecasts for annual OPEX exceeding $450 million.
  • Lead accurate and timely month-end close activities.
  • Analyze third-party costs and spending drivers, including hyperscalers and datacenter operations.
  • Present consolidated financial results, drivers, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Manage and mentor FP analysts and collaborate with Accounting, Corporate FP, and operational teams.
  • Improve forecast accuracy, cost allocation, and reporting efficiency through process improvements and automation.
  • Support business cases, strategic initiatives, special projects, and growth investments.

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of progressive FP experience; technology or software industry experience is ideal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and month-end management experience.
  • Strong organization, time management, analytical problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate financial results, risks, and business drivers to leadership and collaborate across functions.
