Opportunity

Architecture and delivery

• Own and evolve end-to-end business process architectures aligned with the operating model; identify cross-environment gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Design integration between enterprise IT systems, OT systems, and industrial applications, and define pragmatic integration patterns and reference architectures.
• Ensure secure, reliable data flows from field systems to enterprise analytics and decision platforms.
• Engage sites and operational teams, influence capital project designs early, and support OT modernization and brownfield integration.
• Produce system diagrams, integration designs, and reference implementations; support delivery from build and testing through commissioning and operational transition.
• Incorporate safety, cybersecurity, regulatory requirements, segmentation, redundancy, fail-safe designs, and resilience.
• Create repeatable patterns, apply lessons from incidents and projects, and influence solution selection and procurement.

Experience and education

• 11–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise, solution, or systems architecture.
• Significant experience in industrial, mining, manufacturing, utilities, or another asset-intensive environment.
• Proven experience designing and integrating IT, OT, and industrial systems.
• Experience working across global, distributed, and site-based teams.
