Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or portfolio leadership.
  • Proven track record managing teams of product managers and overseeing multiple concurrent roadmaps.
  • Strong background navigating complex matrix organizations.
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
  • Additional Knowledge and Skills:
  • Mastery of Agile frameworks, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of customer portals, IoT platforms, and connected services strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen, including business cases, KPIs, ROI tracking, and value assessment.
  • Proven ability in cross-functional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, vendor management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Travel Requirement
  • This is a remote role with periodic travel for meetings and workshops

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,690.00 and $181,412.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
