Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum Experience
· 15+ years of experience delivering ERP and complex enterprise IT transformation programs.
· Proven leadership of at least one full ERP lifecycle implementation or major re-platforming, from initiation to stabilization.
· Strong experience in governance-heavy, multi-stakeholder environments with significant commercial and delivery complexity.
· Demonstrated experience managing system integrators and large vendor ecosystems.
Preferred And Advantage
· Engine MRO / Aviation MRO experience (maintenance planning, rotables, shop floor execution, quality, compliance, supply chain).
· Experience with CMRO platforms and ERP–CMRO integrations.
· Exposure to cloud-based ERP (SaaS), cloud infrastructure (OCI, Azure, AWS), data platforms, BI/reporting, and automation.
· Experience in regulated or audit-intensive environments.
