Required qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and robust administrative and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Proficiency in government financial management systems.
- At least 4 years of hands-on federal budget and procurement experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Accounting, or Finance.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with Azure IaaS, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server.
- Understanding of IT software license models, including Oracle, Adobe, and Microsoft.
Job function and daily responsibilities
- Analyze and verify IT vendor pricing estimates.
- Help create reimbursable agreements and procurement documentation, including data entry and administrative tasks.
- Communicate with stakeholders, verify funds availability, and gather requirements.
- Process vendor invoices in the customer's financial management system.
- Review, record, and track IT application costs and quantities.
- Conduct compliance work related to open commitment and agreement billing.
