Control health safety environment performance on project or facility
Prevent incident injury loss
Main responsibilities
- Develop HSE plan as per contract law
- Implement safety policy on site
- Conduct risk assessment before work start
- Lead safety training induction toolbox talk
- Monitor site safety each day
- Investigate incident near miss case
- Issue corrective action follow closure
- Audit contractor HSE compliance
- Maintain safety records reports
- Coordinate with client authority team
- Ensure PPE use safe work practice
- Prepare emergency response plan drills
- Track environmental impact waste control
- Reporting duties
- Weekly monthly HSE report
- Incident statistics trend analysis
- Compliance status update
- Management safety review support
Requirements
- Degree diploma in safety engineering or similar
- HSE certification NEBOSH IOSH or equivalent
- Experience in construction oil gas industry
- Knowledge of local safety regulation
- Skill in audit risk assessment investigation
- Performance indicators
- Incident rate trend
- Audit compliance score
- Training completion rate
