A. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or education/experience equivalency)
B. Experience
5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including exposure to multi-country payroll administration preferred. As well as HRIS
C. Competencies & Attributes
Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with payroll in Canada, Mexico, and other internation countries strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel required
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to foster a respectful, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
Advanced knowledge of HR Information Systems, specifically ADP, ETime, and Workday.
