Tekzone Industrial Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
The ideal candidate will support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE Labour Law, Lease management and administrative processes within a construction and industrial project environment.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Handle onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and company procedures.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance & Government Relations
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID renewals, medicals, and other government-related documentation.
- Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, and other government authorities when required.
Performance Management & Training
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support succession planning and workforce capability development.
HR Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports and manpower statistics.
- Monitor HR KPIs, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree .
- 5–8 years of HR experience, in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication(English and Hindi), leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
