Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Position overview

Required qualifications

• BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, or equivalent education.
• At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, research, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Mandatory skills

• .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core backend development; ReactJS and its ecosystem; HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Microservices, event-driven programming, asynchronous design patterns, REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Unit, integration, and automated testing; CI/CD quality gates; quality management, test automation, performance testing, API contract testing, and shift-left practices.
• AI-powered development tools and AI-assisted SDLC practices.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain full-stack applications and scalable microservice-based systems.
• Use AI tools and practices across requirements, design, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Own testing and quality gates; contribute throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate across product and engineering, review code, document technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
• Track emerging AI/ML tools and engineering trends.

Additional advantageous experience

• AWS services, Docker and Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Apigee, Tilt, Datadog or similar observability platforms.
• AI/ML platforms and infrastructure-as-code or cloud-native development patterns are a plus.
