  • For This Role, You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts, techniques, and principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong analytical mind and skill in interpreting financial data
  • Attention to detail, time management, problem solving skills and comfort with ambiguity is required
  • Experience working with a major ERP system
  • Excellent Excel skills including experience with pivot tables
  • Ability to work as a key member of the FP&A team, while managing the completion of multiple tasks, exhibit strategic-thinking and hands-on ability to plan work schedules for the achievement of daily, monthly, and annual deadlines and challenges.
  • Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
  • MBA or CPA
  • Oracle or SAP strongly preferred.
  • Experience with data analytic tools such as Power BI
  • A strong working knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Enterprise Performance Management.
  • Public accounting or internal audit experience is a plus
  • Prior Emerson experience is a plus
