Role overview
The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Manager of FP&A and supports financial planning, forecasting, headcount management, and analysis.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage corporate budget, forecast, and headcount models with department leads to set targets and goals.
- Report monthly to department leaders on variances to plan and forecast.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for strategic investments and company-wide initiatives.
- Create and improve reporting decks and dashboards, including Board-level reporting.
- Develop and implement standard processes to improve FP&A team efficiency.
- Partner with corporate accounting to improve budget and forecast visibility and support timely month-end close.
Qualifications and competencies
- Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree; Finance, Business, or Accounting is preferred.
- Requires 2–4 years of professional experience.
- Requires analytical, communication, and presentation skills, attention to detail, organization, independence, project management, and problem-solving ability.
- Requires high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Workday Adaptive Planning or other financial systems experience and AI experience are pluses.
