  • Analyze raw data on metrics, operating results, resource use, and variances.
  • Review individual and consolidated forecasts for critical analysis and administrative review with the manager.
  • Create detailed, flexible reporting for business leads and senior managers under the Director of FP&A.
  • Develop profitability models, contingency plans, process alternatives, and variance analyses.
  • Analyze personnel use, payroll and benefits, P&L, trends, and cost-reduction strategies.
  • Consult internal partners on decisions aligned with company plans and financial targets.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Operational finance and management reporting experience is needed.
  • Relational database and cube logic familiarity would be helpful.
  • Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data-driven recommendation skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex data, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Customer service and relationship-building orientation; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Compensation

  • The stated annual base salary range is $81,000–$105,000 USD.
  • Actual pay may vary by business needs, responsibilities, skills, experience, and location.

Benefits
