Sr. Financial Analyst, Financial Analysis & Planning

Role overview

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and income reporting for Wealth distribution channels.
• Support quarterly business review packages and explain current and forecast income drivers to senior leaders.
• Support business and strategic planning and forecasting with internal partners.
• Support strategic projects and initiatives.
• Consult sales-data users to determine best practices and deliver useful information efficiently.
• Prepare or assist with ad hoc management analysis and reporting.
• Build relationships with business partners, Finance leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements and automation to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.

What you need to succeed

• Business knowledge and experience related to Wealth and/or financial services.
• At least three years of experience in Finance, Planning, Performance Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field; CPA, CFA, or MBA designation preferred.
• Strong PC skills and experience with financial reporting tools, including MS Office Suite, SAP, Workiva, and Longview.
• Relationship-building, communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, optimize work processes, and handle competing priorities in a changing environment.
