Sr. Financial Analyst

Position overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for multiple food service distribution centers.
• Monitor financial results and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and GAAP reporting standards.
• Evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems for food service distribution.
• Assess financial risks and recommend actions.
• Provide financial guidance to departments making distribution-operations decisions.
• Maintain financial models and pro forma statements for high-visibility operations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least two years of progressive financial management experience and a strong food service distribution background.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills focused on distribution-specific metrics.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools used in distribution management.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food service distribution environment.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Schedule and workplace

• Hybrid schedule with typical office days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the Duluth, Georgia corporate office.
