Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external partners regarding requirements, process changes, and project updates.
  • Ability to communicate and present information in small and large group settings by anticipating questions, engaging stakeholders, and tailoring messaging to audience needs
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, take ownership, and work in a flexible team environment
  • Experience with large multi-phase business and technology projects
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
  • Ability to prepare and present information to support decision making
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and strong stakeholder service
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Power BI, Tableau
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
  • 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
  • Experience working on system projects from an accounting perspective

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of Timeshare Accounting and industry knowledge
  • Detailed understanding of existing DVC systems and processes

  • The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $95,800.00 to $123,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
