Key Responsibilities

  • Support finance business partnering for ISC Corporate Functions by providing timely planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support across a global functional organization.
  • Execute AOP, Forecast, Strategic Plan, and Month-End Close activities for the ISC Corporate Functional P&L, ensuring accurate submissions, reconciliations, and performance visibility.
  • Partner with finance and functional stakeholders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and productivity actions that improve business performance.
  • Develop actionable insights through financial modeling, variance analysis, advanced analytics, and clear management reporting.
  • Support scenario analysis, investment evaluations, and business case development to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with Honeywell financial policies, governance requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to automation, process standardization, and digital finance initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision support.

Qualifications

  • YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Controllership.
  • Hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • WE VALUE
  • Experience supporting functional P&Ls or large, complex cost centers.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and related reporting systems.
  • Experience improving finance processes through automation, standardization, and simplification.
  • Ability to translate detailed financial analysis into clear, concise presentations and recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across global and matrix organizations.
