Sr. Finance Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Review walkthrough documentation, test controls, meet control owners, and report identified issues.
• Support IT control meetings with control owners, external auditors, and SOX team members.
• Document test results in workpaper templates for SOX team and external auditor review.
• Assess control exceptions, communicate issues, and support remediation action plans.
• Contribute to annual IT SOX program planning and execution.
• Support non-SOX projects and manage day-to-day control-related external-auditor interactions.

Work Arrangement

• Visa requires at least 4 days in the office; specific expectations will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with a relevant bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree such as a Master's or MBA.
• ACCA, CISA, or another relevant qualification is preferred.

Analytical and Professional Skills

• Strong problem solving, root cause analysis, issue and risk resolution, and control-strengthening skills.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and deliver measurable results.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, stakeholder influence, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
