Sr. Executive/ Sr Engineer - Project Execution- Commercial Interiors

Role description

Requirements

• Graduate in civil, interior, or architecture with at least 5 years of corporate fit-out project experience.
• Practical knowledge of civil and interior works, including finishes, gypsum and glass partitions, furniture, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of MEP packages and coordination.
• Able to manage vendors and supervisors, handle multiple sites, and coordinate with clients, project managers, consultants, architects, vendors, and suppliers.
• Skilled in vendor management, BOQ and specifications, and reading and implementing drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution across sites.
• Manage site work and material quality and ensure execution follows specifications.
• Monitor work schedules and deliver within approved timelines and budgets.
• Report and escalate site progress and critical milestone status to management.
• Coordinate documentation and invoicing after material delivery and intermediate milestones.
• Coordinate closure with designers and vendors, including final bill certification, handover documentation, warranty certificates, asset list validation, and as-built drawings.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹1,000,000–₹1,500,000 per year.
