Bachelors’ Degree in Construction Management or related field
10+ years’ experience in budgeting commercial interiors, retail, core and shell as well as out of the ground construction projects
Aviation estimating experience a plus
Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Proficient with On-Screen Takeoff or other relevant applications
Proficient with accounting and project management concepts
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential/proprietary information
Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
Ability to work well under pressure of bid deadlines
Ability to multi-task while focusing on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to value engineer to best meet the goals of the project
Ability to work with cross functional teams
