Overview
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works comply with project specifications, codes, and standards (API, ASME, ISO).
- Review and approve
ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
- , method statements, and QA/QC procedures.
- Conduct site inspections for piping, equipment installation, welding, and mechanical completion.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Manage
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on quality matters.
- Witness and verify testing activities (hydrotest, pneumatic test, etc.)
- Perform and witness inspections, testing,
- FAT/SAT, calibration, loop checks
- , and pre-commissioning activities.
- Monitor contractor and vendor quality performance, including
- vendor inspections
- and subcontractor compliance.
- Manage quality documentation, inspection records, and
- final handover dossiers
- , coordinating with construction and commissioning teams.
