Planning and project controls
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities, including project cost control using Primavera or MS Project.
- Prepare construction schedules and planning documents such as progress S-curves, earned value curves, and manpower histograms.
- Monitor critical paths and prepare schedule impact reports for project management.
- Plan and track manpower and material resources in MS Project.
- Prepare zero-cost reports and track budgets against schedules monthly, including bills versus expenses.
- Forecast completion, assess progress, and recommend ways to mitigate delays or optimize completion.
- Compare weekly progress with historical indicators and provide management analysis.
Coordination and reporting
- Coordinate progress matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed schedules from bills of quantities.
- Coordinate commissioning schedules with equipment suppliers, erection agencies, and testing and commissioning teams.
- Coordinate construction interfaces and material and equipment availability with engineering and procurement.
- Track approvals, inspections, variations, delays, and site records for extension-of-time applications; monitor project risks and update the Project Manager.
Qualifications and experience
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use high-rise projects.
- Hands-on experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Exposure to project control systems and construction planning practices.
- Primavera P6 certification is an added advantage.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month.
- Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
