Role focus

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Azure DevOps multi-stage YAML pipelines and reusable Terraform, Bicep, and ARM modules.
• Automate Azure App Services, Functions, AKS, Container Registry, AI services, and platform resource deployments.
• Manage Git strategies, pull request policies, release approvals, and promotion across Dev, QA, UAT, and production.
• Implement DevSecOps controls, automate AKS deployments, and integrate Azure monitoring and application insights.
• Support Power Platform/RPA deployment automation and prepare runbooks, rollback plans, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate across architecture, cloud, network, security, and application teams to implement platform standards.

Required technical skills

• Azure DevOps Repos, Boards, Pipelines, and Artifacts; Git, GitFlow, and YAML pipelines.
• Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, Azure CLI, and PowerShell.
• AKS, Docker, Helm, Azure Container Registry, Azure App Services, and Azure Functions.
• Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry deployment automation; Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identity, Azure Key Vault, DevSecOps, release governance, and CI/CD best practices.

Qualifications and experience

• Good years of DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud engineering experience; no numeric duration is specified.
• Good years of hands-on Azure DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code experience; no numeric duration is specified.
• Experience implementing enterprise CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, communication, structured problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master’s in Computer Science.
• English required at advanced C1 proficiency.

Preferred certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate, and AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate are listed as preferred certifications.
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate and CKA/CKAD are explicitly marked preferred.
