Role overview
Senior Electrical Engineer role with an MEP contracting company in Dubai, focused on high-rise building projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute electrical works according to drawings and approved shop drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and MEP, civil, and architectural disciplines.
- Handle power distribution systems, including LV/MV panels, cabling, and distribution boards.
- Manage lighting, small power, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Oversee fire alarm, ELV, and emergency systems and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Support testing, commissioning, and authority approvals.
- Lead site execution, documentation, and team coordination.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience, including high-rise building projects.
- Strong site execution and coordination experience.
- Experience in testing and commissioning.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations in Dubai.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 18,000 per month.
