Sr Director, Precision engagement and Orchestration
Role Overview
Our Team, The Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization is designed to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board, to bring value and excellence in Sanofi’s commercial operations across its global organization and in local markets.
This is achieved through process and tool standardization, the removal of barriers between business units, and reduction in capability duplication.
The North America Go-To-Market Capabilities Omnichannel team (NA GTMC OC) supports Sanofi’s North American brand marketing teams to execute meaningful, customer centric, agile marketing across all of Sanofi’s channels.
The team includes end-to-end campaign management capabilities, channel experts, day-to-day operations leads, and a transformation function responsible for the organization and delivery of continuous improvement to marketing operations processes.
Join the team redefining how Sanofi US engages customers.
Precision Engagement represents the next evolution of our omnichannel ambition, moving beyond individual channels and campaigns to create more connected, intelligent, and personalized experiences at scale.
This Senior Director role sits at the intersection of customer experience, omnichannel strategy, data, MarTech, analytics, and AI.
You'll lead the North America precisionEngagement function, shaping the strategy and capabilities that turn customer signals and business priorities into more relevant, precise engagement across personal and non personal interactions.
You'll serve as the strategic architect and leader of this next-generation engagement model, building and leading a high-performing team of Precision Engagement Directors while partnering across Brand, Digital, Analytics, Field, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other functions.
Together, you'll establish a repeatable Precision Engagement model that can scale across HCPs, patients and caregivers, payers, accounts, and other stakeholders, connecting the capabilities required to deliver more meaningful customer experiences and measurable business impact.
This is an opportunity to shape not only a new team, but a new way of working across Sanofi, bringing together customer insight, technology, AI, and cross-functional expertise to help define the future of customer engagement.
Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
Join Sanofi in one of our corporate functions and you can play a vital part in the performance of our entire business while helping to make an impact on millions around the world
