Accountabilities
- Lead and scale multiple engineering teams focused on applied AI and automation technologies
- Define and execute the technical strategy for AI orchestration and platform capabilities
- Drive the development and deployment of user-facing AI and machine learning features
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and engineering excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to align on strategy and execution
- Guide architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems
- Mentor and develop engineering leaders and teams, maintaining a high bar for talent and performance
- Translate emerging AI trends into practical, high-impact product solutions
- Champion customer-centric development by aligning technical initiatives with user needs and business outcomes
Requirements
- Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven platforms
- Proven track record of building and delivering AI-powered products at scale
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, machine learning systems, and end-to-end product integration
- Strong technical background with the ability to make architectural and strategic decisions
- Experience leading and growing high-performing, distributed engineering teams
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving technologies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience partnering with product and design teams to deliver cohesive solutions
