About This Role
Overview
We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing with proven experience in the hospitality industry to lead digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, and revenue growth initiatives.
This role focuses on increasing direct bookings, improving online visibility, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, PPC, paid media, social media marketing, display advertising, and email marketing
- Drive direct bookings, online revenue growth, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Manage performance marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Optimize website performance, user experience (UX/UI), and hotel booking engine
- Collaborate with revenue management to align campaigns with pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and occupancy rates
- Monitor and improve online reputation management (ORM) across review platforms
- Analyze data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems to generate insights
- Manage OTA channels (Booking.com, Expedia) and reduce third-party dependency
- Lead content marketing, digital campaigns, and customer journey optimization
- Manage agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in hospitality marketing
- Proven success in performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce/digital revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, paid social, remarketing, and marketing analytics tools
- Experience with hotel booking engines, OTAs, CMS platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and data reporting tools
- Excellent skills indata analysis, campaign optimization, and ROI/ROAS improvement
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, or travel industry
- Knowledge of marketing automation, personalization, and loyalty programs
- Experience managing multi-property or multi-location campaigns
